Meller is a chef, food writer, author, food stylist and cookery teacher, working and living near the small fishing town of Lyme Regis, in Dorset. Working closely with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall at River Cottage, Meller is a big advocate for simple, seasonal cookery and making the most of ingredients and the natural qualities they possess.
