MuffatPrague's largest bird, sitting on a single brass leg with a hand painted front using Farrow and Ball paint, with sides and back simply polished, they are simply exquisite in design and perfect in execution.
Hils and Rob began MuffatPrague as a visual arts blog in 2011, before beginning to start hand-crafting pieces from recycled wood and plenty of elbow grease at our studio in Oxfordshire in 2014. Each piece is entirely hand made not laser cut and then sanded, painted & waxed in their home workshop, using locally sourced, reclaimed wood. Each piece is sealed and polished with beeswax from neighbouring Brightwell hives in Oxfordshire.
Specifics: Approx 11.5 cm (beak to tail) x 6.5 cm (back to belly). Leg height variable. Overall height approx 9 cm.
