For Coedcanlas, a small artisan producer based in Wales, January marks the arrival of Amadora's organic Seville oranges. The oranges are slowly baked, sliced by hand and gently cooked in large copper pans. The only other added ingredient is organic Cuban sugar and Sicilian lemons. The husband and wife duo, Nick and Annette founded the company, in heart of Pembrokeshire.
Specifics: Each jar is handmade in Pembrokeshire, Wales. 340 grams.
No 3: Bittersweet with hints of orangey caramel. A more finely cut marmalade with less peel.

No 9: Using exclusively organic ingredients, this balanced marmlade fits between No. 3 and No. 8. Richly amber and bittersweet. This is a thicker cut marmalade than No. 3.
No 5: Using only organic Sicilian lemons, this marmalade is zingy, zesty and fresh with a mellow aftertaste.
