Coedcanlas Honey

£8.95

For Coedcanlas, a small artisan producer based in Wales, they aim to create a honey that tastes exactly as the bees left it in the comb. Delicious, unadulterated and pure. Their honey is gathered from the multitude of Pembrokeshire's wild flowers, bluebells, dandelions, may, blackberries and wild clovers. It is full of aromatic flavours that Coedcanlas goes to preserve.

Specifics: Each jar is handmade in Pembrokeshire, Wales. 340 grams.

Nick's Set Wild Welsh Honey: Queen bee breeder Nick Tonkin rears and nurtures queen bees in his 90 wooden hives at Coedcanlas. Nestled on the eastern shore of the Daugleddau Estuary in the heart of Pembrokeshire. Nick grew up on a honey farm and using his families traditional bee keeping methods, he has devoted his life to developing healthy queen bees.
Nick's Clear Wild Welsh Honey: The same as the set honey, this is a clear version. Queen bee breeder Nick Tonkin rears and nurtures queen bees in his 90 wooden hives at Coedcanlas. Nestled on the eastern shore of the Daugleddau Estuary in the heart of Pembrokeshire. Nick grew up on a honey farm and using his families traditional bee keeping methods, he has devoted his life to developing healthy queen bees.
Sebastiano's Sicilian Orange Blossom Honey: The aroma of the orange blossom is reflected in the distinctive flavour of this honey. Sebastiano looks after his 500 hives along the Ionian coast of Sicily. Far below the smoking summit of mount Etna, orange groves stretch out surroudning Scordia. The Sicilian blood orange thrives here. The bees pollinate the flowers, collecting the precious nectar from which they produce this honey.
